In Class 1 we have been learning all about the sacred places. We have been exploring the word ‘holy’ and finding out about what places are sacred to Christians. We explored different artefacts that you might find in a church and went to visit St James Church. The children loved hearing about how the organ works and how Christian’s use music to worship God. We also explored the different objects in church that are sacred.
