Welcome back! Speaking to the children, it sounds like they had a lovely break and have returned excited to learn.

We have begun our new theme, Scrumdiddlyumptious. This is all about chocolate and the Aztecs. We will be historians, geographers and designers throughout this term as we explore and answer different key questions.

The children may have told you we will be visiting Cadbury World, this is on February 4^th. All details are on the trip letter.

Please have an explore of the Class 3 page. This will give you further information about the children’s learning. The document outlining all the learning is there plus a copy of the home learning. We are continuing the home learning approach from last term, with many opportunities for the children to develop their maths, English, creativity and research skills.

The term has started well; we are reading The Minpins in English, continuing multiplying and dividing in maths, and learning about animals, including humans in science.
