It's December already? - 4 December 2020

Class 4 - On Wednesday, Mother Christmas arrived in Class 4 - Mrs Jackson returned! The children were delighted to see her and she has been missed by staff and children. Greg has had a festive make over and the classroom looks particularly twinkly after Wednesday's festive day.

The children are excited to be learning skills to write a narrative based on the book The Explorer by Katherine Rundell. We have been learning about using senses and developing emotive writing. In maths, we are continuing our fraction learning journey, trying to find the lowest common denominator when adding and subtracting. In Spanish, we sound great introducing ourselves and counting. We are approaching the end of our bridge building project in DT, and have begun designing our final bridge, ready to build next week. We have completed our biome survival guides in themeearning about using senses and developing emotive writing.
