End of week 3.. - . 24 April 2020
At the end of our third week of home schooling, Class 3 have been hard at work.
We have started our new theme, Raging Romans. We’ve had a go at a Mash Cam on Purple Mash and made ourselves look like a Roman. We have written reports about an aspect of Roman life, most popular being Roman sport and food! Some wrote them, others typed and some created powerpoints, fantastic effort Class 3! Also, we’ve been learning about mosaics.
As historians, we’ve looked at the importance of timelines, then created one about our life or interviewed someone from our family about their life. It was interesting to learn Eva’s Grandpa travelled to school on a boat and train, she interviewed them via Facetime.
On Thursday, after some confusion by Mrs Landon, Class 3 enjoyed their first year group assemblies. It was so lovely to see all the children and to hear their news and see their creations.
