Welcome to Class 3.

We had a fabulous start to the Spring term in Class 3. Our spectacular Roman day inspired the children to make a Roman newspaper and short films. Learning about the Romans formed the basis for our theme"  A tiny island" last half term, but this half term we are taking a look at World War 2.

The children are busy editing and improving their writing and learning new methods to calculate in maths. Many thanks for all your support with learning spellings. Class 3 are super spellers! We will be focusing on spellings and times tables this half term for homework.

Swimming continues to Easter on a Monday and sports coaches will teach PE on a Thursday. Please ensure your child brings their reading book to school every day and that you keep a record of reading in the orange home liaison book.

Lists for celebration assemblies coming home soon. Look forward to seeing parents on Parents day.
